REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Overview

As our commitment to your Shopping and Service Experience with us continues, Product Refund Requests will be processed as soon as possible should Products fail to meet Manufacturing Standards set by their manufacturers. As all Products are Quality checked before packaging, you should not experience receiving faulty Items.

Unfortunately, not all things last forever and Repair Services are offered through Registered Repair Agents selected by Manufacturers across the country. It is important to note that Repair Services do come at an additional charge to you and will be quoted to you at the time of repair, following an Inspection of your Returned Product. Once your approval and payment has been received an instruction to repair your product will be given to the selected Repair Agent, Upon completion of your repair, our team will coordinate to have your product returned to you.

Smart Solutions PMC does not offer Product Refunds should you have had a change in mind after your purchase or should you have found a similar product elsewhere. The Product Refund will be made void once Products are delivered, unpackaged and used.

Governed by The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Smart Solutions PMC is committed to ensure the following;

Our Refund and Returns policy lasts 7 Calendar Days. If 7 Days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unopened, unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original manufacturing packaging, with all items, accessories and manuals inside.

Goods which are exempt from being returned are those that have been opened, used and are not faulty. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards,
  • Promotional and Sales Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts,
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via your chosen mailing address of choice.

Should your item be approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 Business Days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are replaced if items are found to be defective or damaged during the Courier period. Should your package arrive and you have found this to be the case, ensure that you have notified our Team with 24 hours of receipt thereof. You may contact our Team via email at sales@smartshopct.co.za

Shipping

To return your product, simply contact our Team and confirm the following:

Name & Surname, Contact Detail, Email Address, Order Number and Pickup Address.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your Collection may vary.
